2. Delivery timeline
Access is usually provisioned immediately after successful payment and account verification.
In some cases, activation can be delayed due to payment verification, risk checks, technical maintenance, or third-party provider incidents.
3. Delivery method
Delivery occurs through account access on the SAGA AI web app and enabled features inside your workspace.
Purchase confirmations and receipts are sent electronically to your registered email.
4. Non-delivery issues
If you were charged but did not receive access, contact support with your payment reference and account email so we can investigate and resolve quickly.
