Refund Policy

1. Policy scope

This policy applies to payments for SAGA AI subscriptions and usage-based platform services.

Because SAGA AI is a digital software service, refunds are limited once paid access or usage has started, except where required by law.

2. Subscription charges

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected cycle (for example monthly or yearly).

Unless a specific offer states otherwise, charges are non-refundable after the billing cycle begins.

3. Usage-based charges

Usage charges for consumed credits, API calls, or completed processing operations are non-refundable once delivered.

If a verified platform-side failure causes billable work to fail before delivery, we may issue partial or full credits at our discretion.

4. Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged more than once for the same order or billed in error, report it with transaction details. Valid duplicate billing cases are refunded to the original payment method.

5. Request window and review

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the transaction date unless local law requires a longer period.

Approved refunds are generally processed through the original payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, Cashfree, or equivalent) and may take additional bank processing time.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, contact us so we can review and resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to suspension of account access and future payment restrictions.
