By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must provide accurate account and billing details and keep them up to date.
You are responsible for activities conducted through your account, including use by your team members and any API keys, credentials, or connected accounts linked to your workspace.
If you connect a third-party account such as HubSpot, Wix, Shopify, WordPress, Google, or similar services, you represent that you are authorized to connect and manage that account.
3. Connected accounts and third-party integrations
To provide publishing, analytics, automation, and related features, SAGA AI may access third-party platforms and APIs that you choose to connect.
By connecting an integration, you authorize SAGA AI to store and use the access credentials, tokens, account identifiers, site identifiers, and related metadata required to maintain the connection and perform the actions you request.
Third-party platforms may change their APIs, permissions, policies, rate limits, pricing, review rules, or access requirements at any time. We are not responsible for downtime, limitations, denials, removals, or policy actions imposed by those third parties.
4. Content publishing and user responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and lawfully using content generated, scheduled, or published through SAGA AI.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of connected platforms and any published content complies with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, advertising rules, disclosure rules, and the terms or policies of the relevant third-party platform.
SAGA AI does not guarantee ranking outcomes, traffic outcomes, lead generation, approval by any app marketplace, or uninterrupted publishing to third-party platforms.
5. Subscription, billing, and payments
SAGA AI offers paid subscriptions and usage-based features. Pricing, billing cycle, and included limits are shown in your billing dashboard or checkout flow.
Payments may be processed by third-party processors including Stripe, PayPal, Cashfree, and other supported gateways. By paying, you authorize recurring charges where applicable until cancellation.
You must pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges. Failed or disputed payments can result in suspension of paid features or account access until dues are cleared.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
Unless stated otherwise in writing or required by law, prepaid subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing cycle starts.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempts to bypass limits, interfere with service availability, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service for unlawful content or activity.
You are responsible for ensuring your connected data sources and generated content comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
8. Data, integrations, and third-party services
SAGA AI may connect with external providers for analytics, SEO data, AI generation, email, and payment processing. Availability, accuracy, and continuity of third-party services are outside our direct control.
Feature outputs can depend on third-party APIs and may vary over time based on provider behavior, pricing, rate limits, outages, review decisions, or policy changes.
We may process integration metadata and connection details needed to authenticate requests, detect connection failures, and maintain service functionality.
9. Intellectual property
SAGA AI and its software, branding, and platform components are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the service only as permitted by your plan and these terms.
You retain rights to your original inputs and materials you upload, subject to rights required for us to operate and secure the service.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific ranking, traffic, revenue, or business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAGA AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from service use.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, abuse, legal risk, or non-payment.
Sections that by nature should survive termination, including payment obligations and liability limits, remain in effect.
