Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your billing settings or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future renewals, but does not retroactively cancel charges already applied for the current billing period.

2. Access after cancellation

After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the current paid cycle unless the account is suspended for policy or payment violations.

At cycle end, your account may move to a restricted or free tier based on current product rules.

3. Team and organization impact

If an organization owner cancels, access levels for team members may change based on the resulting plan limits and entitlements.

4. Data and exports

You should export any needed data before your paid cycle ends. Some data and advanced features may become unavailable after downgrade or cancellation.

5. Relationship to refunds

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility is handled under the Refund Policy.
